<div itemprop="description">CHARTRAND, Carmen Louisette entered into rest at the Quinte Gardens on August 29, 2016 at age 80 years. Survived by her husband Roland "Rolly"Chartrand. Loved by her four children Liette deBlois (Andre), Gisele Desloges (Eugene), Angel Parent (Rodney) and Roger Demers (Cindy). Also loved by her eight grandchildren Lori, Steve, Joey, Rejean, Crystal, Tanya, Jenna, Marc and six great grandsons. Carmen, will aslo be missed by her four step children, 14 step grandchildren and 14 great step grandchildren. Predeceased by the father of her children Paul Demers and her two sons Marc and Normand, her parents, two brothers and a sister. At Carmen's request cremation has taken place, and a private inurnment at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613 968-6968) 150 Church St., Belleville. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Society.</div>
