<div itemprop="description">JOYCE, Eleanor - Jane Arnold (Jane) - Passed away on July 4th, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Michael G. Joyce (Mike) of Foxboro, Ontario. Born in Halifax. Dear daughter of the late Stephen and Gladys (Arnold) Baxter. Loving mother to sons, Robert of Bridgewater, NS., David and his wife Sole, Charles of Toronto, Ontario and daughter Joanna of Alberta. Loved by her only granddaughter Jessica of Toronto, Ontario. Dear sister of Sheila McFarlane and brother Charles both of B.C. and predeceased by brother Stephen. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews from Coast to Coast. Jane served as a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and also served as a Training Officer with the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets in Downsview, Ontario. Cub and Scout Leader in Greenwood, N.S. Jane served over 42 years as an active member of the Royal Canadian Legions in any area that she lived, this included Digby, N.S., Clementsport, N.S., Halifax, N.S., Kingston N.S., Toronto, Ontario and Belleville, Ontario. Jane held various positions at most levels, Chairing Committees and working toward community goals, first priority was always for the betterment and welfare of Veterans of the Canadian Forces. In keeping with Jane's wishes, there will be no visitation. <br> <br>A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
