ROSS, JOHN RAYMOND JOSEPH “JACK”
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17th, 2015 at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Rose “Betty” Ross. Loving father of Michael Ross (Debbie), Sue Mayo (Mike), John Ross, Cathy Foley (Ronan), Christine Ross (Mike Hogan) and Susan Ross (Martin Pelletier). Dear brother of Sharon Heffernan, Leo Ross, Rosemary Wellstood and David Ross. Predeceased by 2 siblings William “Bill” and Beverly. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Wendy), Breanne (Doug), Kate, Josh, Shannon, Erin, Liam, Amelie, Madeline, Mitchell, Meredith, Allie, Riley and Kelsey. Devoted great grandfather of Azai, Zoey, Max & Kenzie. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Jack was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather who was treasured by many lifelong cousins and friends. As a teacher for many years, Jack had made a difference in many lives.
Friends are invited to call at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613-968-6968) 150 Church Street on Sunday, September 20th, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's the Archangel Church Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment at St. James Cemetery on a later date. Memorial donations to Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
