ALLORE, Margaret Mary (nee Robertson) died peacefully on a beautiful fall day in Belleville, on November 16, 2015.
She was born and raised in Campbellford, Ontario before attending Brescia College at the University of Western Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. After graduation, she attended St Michael’s Nursing School in Toronto and subsequently practiced as a public health nurse.
After marrying Dr. Robert Allore, they moved to Belleville where they raised 10 children. She was always active in the lives of her children and grandchildren, St. Michael’s Parish, the Catholic Women’s League and the Women’s Christian Association and a faithful supporter of the Gleaners Food Bank.

She was also predeceased by her parents, Donald and Mary Robertson (O’Shaugnessy) of Campbellford, brothers Angus and James Robertson, and her sister-in-law Jean Newland (Don). She is survived by her dear sister Patricia Oatway (Gordon) of Toronto.
She devoted her life completely to her husband, her family and her faith. She was the ring-master for the Allore Family Circus, gently guiding the joyful chaos. She will be dearly missed by her children: Michael (Aileen); Patricia Jean Stephenson (Michael) ; Father Robert Allore SJ; Brian; Paul (Meri) ; Mary Anne Atkinson ( John); Arthur (Mary Jo) ; John (Alison) ; Chris and Margaret .
